Situtated on Phase 1 means that La Casita has close access to the Clubhouse, tennis courts, golf, supermarket, gym, shops and off resort restaurants and local beaches but is situated in a quiet position overlooking one of the best pools on the resort with its own private terrace and underground parking. La Casita features 2 bedrooms with master ensuite full bathroom and the second bedroom with an adjacent shower room - decorated in cool blues and creams with beautiful marble tiling to the walls and floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and we even leave a cool box for your use when you visit the beaches which are only 5 minutes by car. We have 2 adult cycles which you can use and also offer free wifi internet available for your use during your stay. The outside terrace features outside dining furniture and sunbeds whilst the comfortable living area provides a relaxing area with double patio doors leading to the terrace. We are members of Club Roda which entitles all of our guests to great discounts in local restaurants, shops and other facilities and the opportunity for escorted excursions to places of interest. The Mar Menor is a fantastic area which has something for everyone - if you fancy kite surfing you can, if you fancy sailing, you can, if you fancy go karting, water parking, relaxing on the beach, walks and cycle rides, historic sites, serious shopping plus much much more then you can. Our on site property managers can even sort you out with a car at much reduced rates (subject to availability). We can organise golf tours for the golfer with discounts and transfers to all local course so please ask for details. For larger parties of up to 8 persons we partner with our immediately adjacent apartment neighbour so just ask for details.
