In the living room there are 2 double sofabeds, a wooden table, and bookshelves, satellite-TV, CD, air conditioning/heating and a ceiling fan. The apartment has one private bedroom with twin beds, a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom (with WC and basin). Using the spiral staircase you get to the attic bedroom and communal access to the terrace. This has 1 single sofa-bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sofa-bed, a table, facing the terrace. It has a wardrobe, air conditioning/heating, a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, WC. The terrace has 2 lounge chairs and garden furniture. The “Columbus statue” can be seen at the distance from this private chill-out area, where you can relax at the end of the day.
