Free-Rentals is revolutionizing how short-term rental guests and
hosts connect, transact and build relationships in a Web 3.0 internet
era while offering equity ownership in our platform for simply participating.
Phase 1: Everyone who signs up as a free member is automatically
enrolled in our referal program and will earn 50% of all
revenue generated from their referals who upgrade to a
premium membership.
This arrangement is enforced by an ERC20 Smart Contract and issued
to the member once they have a referal resulting in recorded
and earned revenue.
Phase 2: Equity ownership via issuance of a Security Token Offering
(STO) will be provided to each member who has valid referals, in direct proportion
to the number of referals they have. This STO will occur
once 100,000 valid rental property listings in aggregate has been attained

listings. Our Security Token Offering, once 100,000 listings
