La Terrade is a farmhouse based in St Pierre Cheringat in the Limousin Region.

The house is very family orientated and includes a pool table/games room and large outside spaces.

As you enter the house there is a large kitchen/diner with range cooker and all the standard kitchen appliances. There is also a utility room off the kitchen.

From the kitchen you enter the Pool/Games room area which boasts a pool table/ juke box and bar area. The room has 3 leather sofas around (which are very comfortable!) and a large flat screen tv.

Through past the games room is a smaller living room, again with comfy leather sofas, and a flat screen TV. This room is linked to the first twin bedroom with en-suite.

Upstairs in the property is the family bathroom with corner bath/shower and vanity unit. Next to the bathroom is the Master Bedroom furnished with a super king bed, en suite and chaise longue.

In addition to the master bedroom there are a further 3 bedrooms on this floor, two double rooms and a single.

The attic has been recently converted and has 3 single beds.

Outside the property there are both front and back gardens and a large field, perfect for tennis or football.
