You will find Résidence La Roseraie set in the wooded hills of northern Périgord Noir, just 8 km from Hautefort Castle. We propose two luxury Villas and one Cottage. The holiday accommodations are respectfully situated on the park (2,4 ha) to ensure the privacy of all guests. Each villa is tastefully furnished, equipped with modern amenities and boasts a private pool.
LA TRUFFIERE, built in 2006, is a modern, luxury, south-facing villa, which can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 baby.
With a total surface area of 120 m², the villa boasts a covered terrace, from where guests can enjoy wonderful views over the Vallée d'Auvézère, with lounge chairs, BBQ and ambient lighting. The terrace also over looks the entire enclosed private swimming pool (8-4 m, 1.50 m deep), which can be used from May to the end of September.
INTERIOR
Inside, you will be greeted with a pleasant ambiance and a variety of comforts.
The living/ dining room has modern amenities, including a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and is furnished to a high standard:
- dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with separeted freezer
- television with satellite connexion (French channels), DVD player with DVD's, Hifi with CD's, books
A bright room which boasts great views through the large sliding window-door (with automatic shutter)
Utility room with:
- washing machine, iron and ironing board
