Refuge Lindenhof, raised in flemish renaissance style, was during 100 years an annexe the classified Mansion "Hof ter Linden " (1880), situated in Battel, close to the natural reserve "Zennegat" and at 3 km of the Market Place of the historic city of Mechelen. The guesthouse is already mentioned as "Gasthof 't Heylig Graff" on the oldest map of Mechelen, which dated from 1650 and is one of the oldest houses of Battel.
From here you visit easily, by train or by car, the famous Belgian cities: Mechelen, Lier, Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven, Bruges, Gent. Refuge Lindenhof, totally renovated in 1995, is now a charming house, simple, but with all the modern comfort and with its own garden and terrace.
