Purchased and fully remodeled in June, 2007, this charming studio condo has everything you need for relaxing from all the many activities that Park City has to offer.
All furnishings are brand-new including carpet, paint, hardwood (bamboo) floor and tile in the bathroom. The kitchenette is brand-new as well; new cabinets and all-new appliances with a tile back splash and under-cabinet lighting. A new TV/DVD combo provides entertainment.
The condo is on the ground floor (no stairs!) and is next to the "rail trail" for hiking and biking, and looks to the west (view of the slopes and afternoon sun from the balcony.) The condo complex is on the free shuttle-bus route that services Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons and Deer Valley, as well as historic Main Street and the shopping districts.
