Henri and Patricia, long time International travellers, having worked and lived in France, England, Australia, Mexico and the US, of course, fell in love with Beaufort at first sight. They chose to make it their permanent home and share their rich experiences with their guests.
They are both food and wine connaisseurs with numerous stories to tell. Mostly related to their years as film makers around the world, Hollywood having been their last stop. Celebrations are always a good excuse to open a bottle of champagne complimentary.
