Newport, Rhode Island Fall/Winter rental. It will be available starting October 1st, 2010. I am renting out weekly and for the weekends. I am not sure if you have been to Newport but if you have then you know what a great town it is to visit. If you have never been, there is so much to do and it is a great place for a vacation. The 1st floor of my home offers so much more than if you were to stay in a hotel and you cannot beat the prices!
Below is what the house includes:
•Spacious accommodations walking distance to all bars, restaurants, parks and beach.
•2 bedrooms (2 queens beds and 1 single)...linens included, with the living room if needed additional areas to sleep
•1 full bathroom
•Kitchen with all appliances
•Fully furnished with hardwood floors
•Parking and Fenced in Yard with Grille for outdoor grilling
•Washer/Dryer
•DirectTV and internet (desk area if need to work)

There are so many events so if you are interested in attending an art show, golfing, boating events, sporting events, concerts, tour the mansions, harvest fairs, shop at the brick market, Newport Aquarium, feast at the many restaurants overlooking the water and so much more, Newport is the place to visit. Visitors can also enjoy a tour and tasting at the 3 local vineyards! In December, there is “Christmas in Newport” where you can enjoy a series of concerts, tree lightings, craft fairs, candlelight house tours and so much more.
