Welcome to Adams Cottage, a very different bed and breakfast getaway in the heart of Ashland. Located just seven easy blocks away from the renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival, we are within walking distance of all major dining and shopping opportunities as well as Southern Oregon University.
Adams Cottage is not your run-of-the-mill inn. With most bed and breakfasts you get a tiny room in someone else's house and are expected to show up for a communal meal and make small talk with people you don't know and may never meet again. It's kind of like visiting your aunt's house except you aren't related. At Adams Cottage your experience will be quite different. Each room is a large studio suite with a queen bed, a twin day bed, and your own cooking and dining facilities. Each is quiet, private, and has plenty of natural light. Breakfast, in the form of fresh baked goods, is delivered every morning to your own individual breadbox, allowing you to enjoy it at your leisure. We offer spacious flower and herb gardens for our guests' pleasure, bottled water, coffee, tea and juices in your suite, and shaded parking. We are also just one block away from a grocery store, making it very convenient for those who wish to dine in.
At Adams Cottage, we want you to enjoy your stay at your own pace. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or letter providing your entry code and driving instructions, allowing you to have as much or as little interaction as you desire. With your own kitchen, you have the option to prepare your own meals, or dine out at our wonderful local restaurants. You can get your exercise in by taking a walk, spend an afternoon driving around this remarkably scenic area, or just sit and lounge in your air conditioned room, or next to the fountain in the garden. It's all up to you.
