Coming in 2009: A putting green/miniature golf will be added! We're also bringing a little more fun to the kitchen. Lots of fun new kitchen items to try including an ice cream machine and waffle cone maker, Margarita/slush machine, waffle iron, espresso/cappuccino maker, fun shaped bakeware, etc. If you have to cook on vacation, it should at least be fun!
DETAILS ON PROPERTY:
Appropriately named "Playtime", this oceanfront/beachfront vacation rental built in 2005 has it all! If you arent simply enjoying the magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean theres plenty to keep you busy in this 4800 square foot house that provides 5 OCEANFRONT master bedrooms!
On the first level, there is one oceanfront master bedroom (King bed, TV and DVD player) with attached bathroom, a laundry room with oversized washer and dryer, a game room complete with a GAME TABLE, POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL table, a new Pirates of the Caribbean PINBALL machine, KARAOKE machine with CDandG library, separate sound system with IPod/MP3 player, a wet bar with full size refrigerator and a THEATER. The theater has tiered seating for 6, a sofa with QSS, 1 chair and boasts a 60" television with 5/1 surround sound speakers as well as expanded cable and a DVD player with over 150 DVDs available for your viewing pleasure. There is also a den with a QSS, tv with DVD player, computer with wireless high speed internet and printer.
If you are wanting a little more action, turn on the Xbox system (several games provided!) and put your game playing skills to the test on the big screen tv. From the 1st level you walkout onto a deck thats home to a 14 x 25 lighted swimming pool (can be heated for $500 additional), hot tub and a private walkway to a gazebo and the beach. Relax with the sound of the ocean, or turn up the music on the outdoor speakers.
Move on to the second level and you will find 3 additional oceanfront master bedrooms (King beds), all with TVs (cable and DVD) and access to decks. Two of the oceanfront masters on this level have attached private bathrooms. There are 2 additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, tv W/cable and DVD. 1 bedroom has 1 bunk (twin up, double down) with a trundle, the other has 1 bunk (twin up, double down) and an additional twin bed.
Continue up to the third level and you will be able to admire the beauty of a reverse floor-plan and the breathtaking views it provides! This oceanfront beauty faces the ocean with a southern exposure. Not only do you get to view a fabulous sunrise over the ocean, you will also enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean. There is a huge kitchen, dining room and living room complete with sound system w/CD, cable TV and DVD, gas fireplace and a QSS. This level is also where the 5th oceanfront master bedroom (King w/cable TV and DVD), complete with Jacuzzi tub, is located. You will not only enjoy the oceanfront views but also sound views from this level, something only a few vacation rentals can offer.
All floors are connected by extensive decking, interior and exterior stairs as well as an ELEVATOR from parking to the third level to allow quick access to anywhere. House is equipped with a water treatment system. All 7 bedrooms den have access to shared or private decks. Tv's with cable and DVD player in EVERY ROOM! (excluding bathrooms) Free long-distance phone, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand and water toys and collections of movies, Xbox games, board games, puzzles, books and indoor toys are a few of the little extras you will find at this vacation rental.

Vacation rentals run Sunday to Sunday with weekly rentals only. (Email if interested in a Saturday - Saturday, off season week.) 8 bedroom (7 bedrooms QSS in den) towels and linens with beds made are provided, No Pets, No Smoking!! 50% deposit required within 48 hours of making a reservation. The remaining 50% is due 45 days before checking into the property. Renters Insurance is available for an additional cost.
