Hike for miles on public land right out your front door high in the North Carolina Mountains following cascading water falls which lead to the Appalachian Trail. 1200 square feet of living area. Pigeon Roost creek wraps around this secluded rental. The cabin is in Mitchell County, NC. When able we stock the creek in back of the cabin with rainbow trout between June and October. The State stocks trout in three of the creeks in the county and two of the rivers so there is plenty of fishing in the area. Please note that we have special weekly rental rates. If you stay seven nights then one night is free. If our rental rate during peak season is $130 nightly then you are actually paying only $111.43 nightly. We also do not charge a cleaning fee. Guest are required to clean the cabin before departure by following a leaving checklist the morning of departure. Sleep and wake to the sounds of the roaring creek.
