This beautiful 1,460 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 in beds comfortably. Additionally, there is a new sofa futon in the lodge which can easily be converted into an extra bed for a 7th or even an 8th person. We call our condo "the Swiss Chalet" for its unique charm. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can easily be converted into a large king bed per your request. The huge loft is equipped with two twin beds and a sofa futon which can be pulled out as a sleeper if needed. You'll have a great view of the ski area from the private balcony off the master bedroom. Snowfire 307B has 2 full bathrooms on the main floor (completely remodeled in 2015), a fully equipped kitchen as well as new dining and living room furniture (fall 2015). There is a cozy electric fireplace in the living room which is a great feature after a long day in the outdoors. There is a full size washer and dryer on main level for your convenience, just bring your own detergent. Enjoy your evenings in front of the 50 in. flat screen TV or surf the Internet with the complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. This is a third floor condo, so there are no units above you. Snowfire has a private ground level ski locker inside the heated entrance area for your convenience. Free off-street parking is available right at the building, suitable for RVs or trailers. It's a short walk to the ski area or take the Angel Fire shuttle service with a stop right at the building (during ski season only). Go mountain biking in the summer or check out the amazing Zip Line adventure. Enjoy a round of golf at the PGA approved golf course, play tennis or take a horse back riding tour and enjoy a great dinner at the Elements inside the Country Club. Upgrades "Snowfire 307B" for Winter 2014 included new bed linens, towels, small appliances, kitchen utensils, and a nice game table with 6 chairs in the loft. Also, the new electric fireplace has been installed in place of the old gas fireplace. Upgrades "Snowfire 307B" for Summer 2015 included a new washer & dryer, coffee machine, and complete remodeling of both bathrooms!
