Parking: free
Deposits: upon booking, refundable security deposit of 20% (minimum $200) is required. If staying 30 days or more the deposit for the amount of one month's rent is required. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to inspection. In case of damage, a written description of the reason for retention will be furnished.
Other Fees: $75 cleaning fee which covers the cleaning after you check out.
Other Policies: Maid service is not provided during your stay. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations 30 days or more prior to your arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date there is no refund.
No Shows/Early Departures: Subject to full forfeiture.
