Come and Enjoy Island life. Our spacious condo with over 1300 square feet all on the first floor is newly remodeled. We have completely recarpeted, repainted, and newly equipped this unit to provide you with all the comforts of home.
If you've never been to Saint Simons Island, it's a beautiful and peaceful environment. It is not too commercialized like many beach communities. Our condo is situated in a wooded, secluded community with a pool just a short walk from your front door.
We have provided tennis rackets and beach chairs for your use. Biking is excellent on the Island. We have 6 adult-size bikes available for your use. ($25 maintenance fee)
Visit East Beach (the best swimming on the Island) just five miles away. Easy access on and off the island. Don't feel like going out - this condo features cable TV, DVD, VCR, a collection of movies, games and puzzles. Great rainy day activities. This is not just another rental property. This is our home away from home. Your comfort is very important to us.
