Located on an exclusive barrier island, Melbourne Beach is one of the closest to Disney World, Sea World, and other Orlando attractions. The world famous Sebastian Inlet just minutes to the to the south, and Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center are located 30 miles to the North.
This stunning getaway offers 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space. The main house consists of a spacious living area, separate dining room, and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen featuring granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and cookware, and solid cherry Thomasville custom cabinetry. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with private beach access. The master bedroom features an expansive bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A second large bedroom includes a private bathroom and a separate sitting area with an ocean view. The remaining bedroom is adjacent to the Florida room. Located behind the double garage is a laundry facility with it's own half bath, utility sink, and beach access.
Additionally, above the garage there is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment which is available for rental. This unique suite has its' own kitchen and laundry facilities and features bamboo floors and the same attention to detail and quality as the main house. The apartment has both an east and west facing decks, so you can watch the sun rise and set.
For your convenience, South Beach Island Resorts also offers personal concierge services at reasonable rates such as; transportation coordination, laundry service, maid services, baby-sitting, and grocery shopping. In keeping with our commitment to the environment, we pride ourselves in providing our guests with the healthiest indoor air quality possible. We accomplish this by carefully selecting the safest available building materials, paints, and finishes. Further, the villa has a whole house water purification system, which removes chlorine and other impurities, and an air conditioning systems equipped with Hepa filters. Our accommodations are free from smoke, pesticides, and toxic cleaning products and detergents. As a courtesy, we supply all of our guests with people-and-planet friendly soaps, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products, and laundry detergent.
