We are renting our beach house for you to enjoy. IT'S NOT TOO EARLY TO SECURE THIS BEACH HOUSE FOR YOUR SUMMER MEMORIES!
This 50's era beach house, with old school knotty pine paneling, sits on the Long Island Sound in a private association with it's own beach. Sunny warm days with your toes in the sand just steps from the porch!
The photo of the beach you see here is the entrance to your beach, and it extends down further. Completely swimmable and fairly shallow.
The house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10- 2 bedrooms on main floor and 3 upstairs
1 full bath(main floor ) 2 half baths and beach shower (inside- off laundry room)

it's at the end of the horse-shoe shaped association... quiet.. and very safe for children!
Madison is so accessible from anywhere in Tri-state area- 2 hours from Boston, 1.5 hours for Manhattan, 1 hour from Hartford. exit 59 off Rte 95.. also Metro North and Amtrak connect to the Shoreline East, which comes right to town, which is about 3 miles from the house. Locally, if you're not up to the beach everyday... Mystic is close, as well as the casinos, wine tours, art shows and the historic town of Madison itself has a great deal to offer.. you can ride your bike into town!
