The Reed Ranchero, a vacation rental, is a funky California Ranch-style home for rent by the week. Set in the rolling foothills of North San Diego it's close enough to the beach but far enough away from the 'other tourists." The owners Ralph and Candice Reed care very much about your comfort, and hope you will enjoy yourselves during your stay.
In each of the two rooms you will find 100% cotton sheets, music, cable TV, and tons of great books. There is a small pool in the summer and a 'Great Lawn' where you can either relax year-round or play a rousing game of Bocce Ball or Croquet--- it's your call. As we said, the Reed Ranchero is situated close enough to the beach----7 miles----but far enough away to avoid the occasional June Gloom.
Chairs and a fire pit are scattered around the property, so you can lounge all over the place while surrounded by tall trees, lavender bushes and an ocean breeze. Ahhhh, it doesn't get much better than this.

There is a 7 day Minimum Stay Requirement.
Low Season: $1,000 USD Per Week
Mid Season: $1,000 USD Per Week
January, February, March, April, October, November, December
High Season: $1,200 USD Per Week
May, June, July, August, September
Notes: Refundable security deposit of $500.00.
$100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
