We previously owned two condos in Orange Beach, but after renting at the Beach Club, we sold both condos and bought this one - because this complex has so much more to offer than any other complex in the area.
Previous renters comment that they can't stay anywhere else, after staying at The Beach Club. They also comment that our condo is so comfortable, because it is NOT your typical cheap, beachy interior.
The condo is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. This is a UNIQUE coastal beach area, away from the busy tourist area, but only 20 minutes to Gulf Shores when you want the action! Here you can enjoy the beach, the way it was meant to be! When you look down the beach, you DO NOT see condo complex, after condo complex. Yet,there are 3 golf courses, restaurants, marina, gift shop,and convenience/liquor store shopping within 5-8 miles of the complex. Kiva Dunes is right next door!
The Condo is Located in a Unique Southern Style, Resort-Type Village Setting but yet Directly Gulf Front - Right on the Beach! There are acres of property not just a small beach frontage like the condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. You can either walk on the beach, on the boardwalk along the beach side of the property, or through the village located on the back side of the property. This is a one of a kind property!

PLUS! You will have full access to the outside owner's closet which has anything previous guests have left behind. This could include: boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach toys, etc. Whatever previous guests have left behind. You may also use the closet to store and lock up any of your beach and fishing items.
Just minutes away: Tacky Jack's 2 Restaurant and Marina, Tequila's Mexican Restaurant, Esco Restaurant, 3 golf courses including Kiva Dunes (right next door), Peninsula, and Gulf Shores Golf Club (closed until Fall 2006 for renovation), Fort Morgan Historic Site and Mobile Bay Ferry to Dauphin Island.
The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, which is located about four (4) miles from the condo, consists of 7,000 acres of protected wildlife habitat. 370 species of birds having been identified there during migratory seasons.
