This is a two bedroom apartment in the top half of a former railway house, situated on the outskirts of Keswick.
The house is built in traditional local stone with the top half rendered and painted white.
There is a spacious lounge, plus a good sized double bedroom and bathroom.
A small bedroom has two bunk beds.

Please note that this is a first floor apartment, with access up a flight of stairs.
The apartment has double glazing, full gas central heating, and is equipped to a very high standard.
The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove.
Good sized family bathroom, has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Prices include electricity and heating.
Please bring your own bed linen, and towels.
There is parking for two cars.

For the comfort of all guests, we ask that you don't smoke in the apartment.

AREA
Keswick is located at the centre of the northern part of The Lake District National Park.
Step out of the apartment door and walk on the fells in all directions without the need to use your car.
Several Wainwright Walks can be started from the doorstep, and many more are just a short distance away by car.
There is easy access to launches on Derwentwater and buses into Borrowdale and surrounding valleys.
An old railway track developed for cycling and walking gives easy access to Keswick and countryside.
Keswick town centre offers numerous shops, traditional English pubs, wine bars, restaurants, and the excellent Theatre by the Lake.
A well-stocked mini supermarket at a petrol station is just five minutes walk from the apartment.
