At the De La Costa Eco-Lodge, your enjoyment is our first priority. We always endeavour to provide for all of our customers' needs and interests, so if you have any special requirements for yourself or your group, please contact us to discuss it.
At the Lodge our aim is to provide a comprehensive travel service, so
whether you want to explore the local area or travel extensively in Venezuela we are the people to talk to. Our reception displays maps, guides and to up-to-date local and national travel information.
Local Excursions
Our multilingual staff will be happy to organize day trips and excursions to local beaches, cloud forests and surrounding places of interest. Specialist scuba diving, nature and bird watching activities can also be arranged. You can hire beach, camping, and scuba equipment as well as mountain bikes and scooters.
Venezuelan and international travel
The Eco-Lodge team has extensive Venezuelan travel experience. So, when youre planning your visits to other Venezuelan locations, check out our national ground operation services and tours for 'in the know ' destinations and accommodation. We can also organize your airport transfers, national air and land travel arrangements, local coastal boat connections and yacht charters to Las Aves and Los Roques.
Designed to work in harmony with their surroundings our buildings have energy efficiency and water conserving features. They were constructed maximising the use of local labour and materials, and the gardens landscaped to provide recreational outdoor areas for our guests alongside habitats for the local wildlife such as iguanas and birds.
Through our pioneering work in the area we help generate an awareness in the local people of the importance of the natural surroundings as a significant source of income, and thus promote the conservation of habitats and wildlife.
