About Us
Casa Bella Vista de Vichayito began construction in 2007 and opened it's doors to visitors in 2009. We decided to build here in northern Peru because of the fabulous year-round weather which is considered to be the best climate on the entire coast of Peru and because of the peace and tranquility to be found in this area. Northern coastal Peru has become the New Frontier for Peruvians and has gained alot of popularity the past 5 years. Mancora and its' neighboring beaches are at the top of the list for being one of the "most popular destinations" for foreign and Peruvian tourist searching for a "warm tropical beach experience" on the coast of Peru, only to be found here in the north. Vichayito 2br Rental Apartment/BandB with Private Pool / Ocean Views /Mountain Views/Beach access
A private, fully equipped rental apartment (max. occupancy 4 people) located on the first floor of Casa Bella Vista de Vichayito (a private home located in Vichayito, north Peru). The apartment has 3 private entrances (living room and both bedrooms). A complete kitchen with all modern appliances adjoins the living room which is just steps away from the large private swimming pool used only by the renters! No need to share with others! All the rooms have window screens and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has satelite DirecTV and DVD, 1 queen size bed, closet and ceiling fan. The living room has satellite DirecTV and a ceiling fan with direct access to the pool and private garden...Hot and cold running water is provided 24 hrs. a day - 7 days a week.

Si busca privacidad, paz y tranquilidad y desea escapar de hoteles con mucha gente, del trafico, bulla y luces brillantes, entonces este es el lugar para ti. Casa Bella Vista se situa 39 metros (130 ft.) sobre el nivel del mar, con una vista spectacular y una caminata de 4 minutos de la playa. Nos ubicamos a tan solo 6 kms (15 minutos) al norte de Los Organos por la Antigua Panamericana Norte, aproximadamente 8 kms (20 minutos) al sur de Moncora (via la Antigua Panamericana Norte). El clima es calido y semi seco. La temperatura anual media es de 24.2 grados C; siendo febrero el mes mas calido con 27 grados C promedio y Setiembre el mes fresco con 22 grados C. Los vientos a partir de Julio son ideales para la practica de deportes como el windsurf y el kitesurf, mientras que en los demas meses se puede realizar otras actividades como snorkeling. Recomendamos para la temporada de Julio a Noviembre traer cortavientos o algun tipo de abrigo ligero para las noches.
En relaci�n a la temperatura del mar en Piura y Tumbes, �sta oscila entre 23 �C y 27 �C durante los meses de verano (de diciembre a abril) y el resto del a�o entre los 19 �C y 22 �C

Solo un ( 1 ) apartamento privado en Vichayito, totalmente equipado, ubicado en el primer piso de una casa privada. El apartamento tiene 3 entradas privadas y seguras con llave (a trav�s del living y de ambos dormitorios). El living cuenta con DirecTV y ventilador de techo. Hay dos 2 dormitorios (cada uno con DirecTV DVD, ventilador de techo y una cama de 2 plazas). El apartamento cuenta con un lindo ba�o y una cocina moderna y completa. Una piscina de 13 mtr. con jacuzzi privado solo para los del apartamento...
OJO.. Esta es la perfecta distribuci�n para 2 parejas o familia de 4 personas.
