There are currently 3 apartments/cabins available for vacation or month to month rentals. There is one small studio apartment without a kitchen for $150/mon; a large studio style apartment with kitchen area for $200/month; and a larger one bedroom with a kitchen area for $300/mon. All apartments are within one large privately gated property in a suburb of Ica "Residencial La Angostura" close to Las Dunas Hotel. Most of 6 living units are rented by local engineers who commute to Lima on the weekends. There is a pool, wi-fi, and cable available, as well as hot water.
