Elegantly furnished with Brazilian colonial antique dressers, armoires, tables and paintings, this apartment has a wonderful home feeling of comfort and distinguished beauty. Third floor, facing the Sugar Loaf and the Flamengo Park.
The master bedroom faces the beach, and has a very comfortable queen size bed with 2 end tables, high wall a/c, antique dresser and closet. The back room faces the inside of the building with 2 twin beds, a small table, ceiling fan, and armoire. Very quiet!!
This vacation apartment's living room has a sofa bed, cable TV, Internet, chairs, a reading sofa, a coffee table and a writing desk. There is a ceiling fan above it. The kitchen is open with new appliances and all equipped for your comfort (microwave, coffee machine, coffee grinder, mini oven, cook top, oven, etc). There is a small refrigerator and plenty of utensils. The back bathroom is next to the kitchen. There is brand new clothe washing machine, and wash tub.
The aparment is extremely central and close to hot-spots of town. It is strategically located next door to 3 consulates. The surroundings are of a typical neighborhood with small delis, supermarkets, baroque churches, theaters, subway, bus, and taxi stand. Across the street is the Flamengo Park with the Flamengo beach and the park. You may walk through the board walk, play tennis, roller-skate, swim, play beach volley or simply drink beer overlooking the Sugar Loaf.
