How do I make money with my website? |
 |
Three methods for making money. 1) If you own vacation rentals, you can increase
your bookings. As website owner, you have access to all inquiries to all listings,
and you can follow up with rental seekers to make sure their rental needs have
been met. 2) Ad revenue 3) Charge rental home owners a fee for listing on your website. |

Can I determine how much money my website charges per listing? |
 |
Yes. Your website will allow you to determine the price you charge as well as the
duration of the subscription. It is also customizable to allow for a free trial
period of any time length you choose. Or a 1 time only payment, or two levels of
pricing, such as X amount per year -or- Y amount one time only, and it also allows
you to run special price promotional campaigns. |

You do not list my region as one of the available websites for sale? |
 |
No problem, let us know what your region is and we can build a website for you
specific to your location. |
| |
|
 |
Will my regional website be clonned from the Free-Rentals.com website? |
 |
No. It will be similar, but much more detailed and area-specific. Take a look at
one of the sold websites to understand how your site will appear and function. |

Are the website "regions" separated by cities, distance, or
what is the criteria? |
 |
A region can be a country, city or town. We define it as a distinct area of
tourism. Usually, this means there is only 1 nearby airport, and it encompasses
a 50 mile diameter or so radius. But in less dense tourist areas, it may be more
expansive than this and cover an entire country. We work with you to define the
area if it's not already defined, and we will not sell a website that competes
with your region. |
| |
|
 |
How do you define what constitutes a competing website? |
 |
We look at any 2 regions in question and we draw a perimeter around each to
define the area it encompasses. Then we look at the area of intersection between
the 2 regions. Ideally, there should be no intersection at all. We will NOT sell
or allow to be sold, an area that intersects with an existing website accept in
cases where the area of intersection for 1 region is 100% and for the other
region, it only constitutes a fraction, 1% or less, of it's total volume. For
example, we offer "Tuscany Italy" as a single regional website for sale. But we
also offer the entire country of Italy as a regional website for sale. 100% of
Tuscany is Italy. But less than 1% of Italy is Tuscany. We allow this scenario
even though there is intersection, because the website regions are of such
different scales, they cater to two completely different markets. |
