Having a short business trip or a vacation but not wanting to spend
a fortune in high priced hotels or serviced apartments? This will
definately be the place for you.
I'm a Canadian Chinese Landlord that's been taking care of a few short term rental units.
If you're planning to find a place that's comfortable with nice furnishings and have everything ready for you on the day of your arrival, please consider renting from me.
Rentals include: Furnishings, appliances, linen and sheets, once a week cleaning service, basic kitchenware and all utilities except : Electricity and ADSL.
I have a few 2 bedroom apts and one 3 bedroom apts. Daily share room rentals is also available.
Rent ranges from 150rmb-300rmb/day for shared
(US$20 - US$40/day)
300rmb-750rmb/day for a 2 or 3 bedroom unit
(US$40-US$100/day)
Weekly and monthly rentals are also available at a greater discount. Please ask for more details.
