The holiday villa is an ideal venue for extended families with children and is 500m above sea level with stunning views over a plateau and the mountains and enjoys cooling breezes even in mid-summer. Uzumlu village is a 2km walk with shops, restaurants and bars and a short drive takes you to the beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and to Fethiye Town.
This lovely luxury villa has all that you could want. The three living rooms all access the the veranda with BBQ and illuminated private pool. The five bedrooms on the upper two floors have sun terraces, there are en-suite and family bathrooms and all the rooms are air-conditioned. In the basement area there is a 60m2 Gym and Games Room with cross-trainer, a punchbag, weights, table tennis, quoits and darts together with a surround sound theatre system and Nintendo Wii and also a bar area and a toilet/shower room. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet throughout.
The bustling port of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you hire a car the roads are good and the driving is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with sandy beaches and a paragliding centre is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is just a 20 minute drive from the villa with many water-sports and lively night life.
