We, the family Krsmanovic, have more than 30 years experience with the letting of rooms and apartments. We have many friends and guests , which spend each year with us their vacation. Our house is only few meters from the sea and all rooms have sea view, to the next sand beach is it approx. distant for 50m . We have also place for boats to 10m length (crane and service station to find approx. 150m, gas station approx. 400m departs). In the neighborhood there are many restaurants with outstanding Croatian, adriatic and international kitchen with fish specialties.
There is also the possibility of renting themselves a motorboat or of driving and of bathing with a taxi boat from bay to bay. Also many daily trips and fishing rod routes are offered. We would be pleased, if you decide to spend vacation in our house.
When you have own boat, we can offer place for boat up to 10 m length. Crane for boat is only 15m of our house.
Also, you have the possibility of renting themselves a motorboat and driving and bathing from bay to bay. The Sailors can find here also repairs of the motorboats undertakes, and one mobile-calibrate crane. In neighborhood is also a marine with high equipment standard/ electro devices, water, place at the mainland by the whole year.
For those who like active vacation island of Rab offer many opportunities. That especially include biking . On Rab there are very many ways at the seaside, there are bike routes with beautiful landscape as many nature stations
