This spacious Villa features a contemporary and bright interior, an open plan living area with fully equipped Kitchen with Miele applicances, a comfortable Lounge and large Dining area with underfloor heating. The ground floor also has a single bedroom with separate Shower Room - ideal for elderly relatives, housemaid or nanny.
The first floor comprises of the Master Bedroom with king size bed, Bedroom 2 is a single room with private balcony and an optional office area with free WIFI access. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a special feature of a secret room in the attic with a 2 further single beds - Great for adventurous children. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and air-conditioning.
The main family bathroom is also situated on the first floor with an adjacent walk-in Shower Room.
The outside area has a Private Pool surrounded by a Mature Garden to give total privacy. Relax on the sunloungers or utilise the outdoor dining furniture and BBQ provided so that you can enjoy precious time with family and friends in beautiful surroundings. To complete the al fresco dining experience there is an outdoor BBQ Garden House.
There is a shared Private Park Area with an array of beautiful tropical plants, a Sandpit and Slide to entertain the Children, and adjacent spaces for adults. A mini-nature reserve!
As we have multiple Villas on the same Private Road, we can cater for up to 30 people, perfect for Wedding Parties in the Cape Greco, Protaras and Ayia Napa areas and Fantastic for Large Family Groups.
