This beautiful vacation beach house is situated within the Remanso beach development just minutes from San Juan Del Sur and sits just 100 meters from the water’s edge. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, the house comfortably accommodates seven guests. Both bedrooms include air conditioning units. The bathroom is equipped with an on-demand hot water heater, which is also connected to the kitchen sink.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen along with a spacious open-air living area furnished with rocking chairs and a couch. There are also several hammocks that can be hung around the porch for peaceful relaxation. Remanso beach is one of the closest beaches to San Juan del Sur, offering you easy access to a beach along with a short ride to town. You can enjoy the day at the beach, and a short ride later be in town enjoying the restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
