The vacation rental apartment includes a parking space and is fully furnished. The kitchen includes appliances and plenty of glasses and cooking and eating utensils for the ability to cook/prepare meals if and when you want to. Also provided are bath and beach towels and beach chairs.
The high-rise building has restricted access (24 hr security guard in the lobby) to guests with keys. There is a coin-operated laundry room on the second floor with washer/dryers. The pool deck is located off the lobby level and is very private and peaceful offering comfortable chaise lounges, picnic tables and umbrellas, outdoor shower and pool side lavatory. The rear lobby (pool access) offers vending machines and free wireless internet access throughout all common areas of the building (both front and rear lobbies). There are several designer boutiques in the building and one lovely café with outdoor seating - great for people watching along Ashford Avenue. Additionally, there is a newly-built gym/exercise room on the second floor for guests to use free of charge w/treadmill, stairmaster, row boat machine, free weights, etc.
The place to be in downtown San Juan. The building is almost across from the Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino which has tours of the island, to rainforest, snorkeling, etc. as well as rental cars can be arranged in their lobby.
