It is approximately 500 metres off the Porters section of Highway1, which is the primary roadway on the West Coast. This road runs parallel to and just metres away from the lovely St. James beaches.
The apartment is 500 metres from Alleyne's Bay beach, 2 Km from Holetown and 4.5 Km from Speightstown, which are the two commercial/recreation hubs on the West Coast of Barbados. It is also within 2.5 Km of the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel and golf course and Royal Westmoreland golf resort.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The back bedroom has an adjoining patio, a built-in wardrobe with vanity, a double bed and a standing fan. Though it does not have A/c, this bedroom has two windows, which when opened afford a strong cooling breeze. The front bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with vanity, a double bed with canopy and curtains, A/c and a standing fan.
The living room has an attached patio and is equipped with a standing fan, 3-piece suite (a triple, a double and a single seater), cable TV and VCR and a stereo.
The Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave oven, toaster and an electric kettle. It has a built-in counter with stools that serve as the dining area.
All rooms are fitted with security grills.
