The cottage is built of wood and designed in a simple, local rustic style. The decor is light and airy. The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of two charming en suite bedrooms at the rear, each with a 5ft wide bed. There is a very attractive, large open plan living room at the front of the cottage, with a well equipped kitchen area adjacent to the dining area, which has lovely views to the south and west. Also in the front of the cottage is a screened-in porch which can be used as an outside dining room. The whole of the front of the cottage has an eleven foot wide deck and a smaller side deck with roof, all comfortably equipped to a very high standard. There is central air conditioning. Other facilities include a gas BBQ grill, TV for DVDs only, radio, CD player, VHF radio, , games and books. The property stands in its own grounds of half an acre, surrounded by the attractive wild natural vegetation of the island. The grounds have 140 ft of sea frontage and there is a shared dock (jetty) to use for some wonderful snorkelling, swimming, fishing and boating in the warm crystal clear waters of Milkyberry Bay.
