Rates
• Low Season Rate - $1000-1200 per wk (based on 2 adults, with or without kids)
• High Season Rates - $1200-1500 per wk
• Additional $50 charge, per additional adult
• Vacationers pay fee for Paypal (approx $30)
• $50 per Key FOB deposit(s) required – fully refundable upon return of FOBs
