A unique eco-tourism accommodation facility, which was planned, built and is operated with minimal environmental impact. Aurum Lodge is a wilderness retreat for nature lovers, who wish to unwind in a pristine setting or engage in low-impact outdoor activities in the region. The Lodge with six different guestrooms – all with private baths – and a choice of BandB or halfboard arrangement. Three self-contained units for guests who look after themselves and like to prepare their own meals. These have fully equipped kitchen, private bath w. shower, woodstoves, patio and are fully winterized. Aurum Lodge was derived from the latin word for gold. We firmly believe that there are values in life, which cannot be measured in monetary terms but are equally precious; among them are a healthy, unpolluted and intact environment and peace of mind.
