Looks like Oprah Winfrey might be entering the vacation rental business. She has been given preliminary approval by the Maui County Council for a five year conditional permit to operate her twelve bedroom vacation rental property in Kula Hawaii.
 
The O.W. Ranch LLC (you can guess what OW stands for) is a joint venture between Oprah and her long time friend and personal trainer Bob Greene, who is caretaker of the land in Kula.
 
Oprah and Bob also bought 102 acres of land along Hana coast in Maui Hawaii. They plan to build houses there sometime in the future.
