You're company is scum!!! You have your operators named the stupidest American names when clearly they are not located in sunny California as your area code would have unsuspecting customers believe.

Nothings wrong with outsourcing but I would accept speaking to Sanji Basaad before I talk to an Indian named "Jason Jackson".

Anyway Mr. Jackson called me more than 15 times after being told that I would call him back if and when I was interested in continuing with AlwaysOnVacation.

He had no consideration for the fact that I had a 1 month old baby in the background crying or that I insisted that it was an inappropriate time to talk. He continuously called after 9pm at night. I have evidence.

I highly doubt you are even really Tyler Jensen just the way I am not Josh Martin. See how easy it works when you are a con artist.

Why even both hirer these Indians? You might as well just steal the money from people and keep it all to yourself rather than paying them the 2 cents per hour that you probably pay them to waste other peoples valuable time.

As I stated in my posting, please email your businesses phone number to sales@alwaysonvacation.com and we can remove your business from our prospect lists.

Having your businesses number removed from our list will be a lot easier than asking my sales agents to “hold on a minute”.

I had calls from them last year and now this year. Indian accents, using my name over and over again in an attempt to have me feel more friendly toward them.

Here is how I handle them. I ask them to "hold on a minute". Then I put the phone down and come back in a few minutes, ask them to continue and then say "hang on a minute" and put the phone back down. I do this as long as it takes before they hang up on me. They spend a few days calling back time and time again before they give up, they are idiots. I feel like at least I'm taking their time away from calling someone else.

Here is another number they used to call me while I was asking the other idiot to hold on 415-655-1963 Give them a call and ask them to hang on. LOL

No legit business I've dealt with has behaved this way. I think the calls are from a call center in India.

My name is Tyler Jensen, and I am the Director of Sales for Vacation Renter Solutions. We own and operate AlwaysOnVacation.com. I want to make it clear that John Kinley is not, nor has been, an employee of Vacation Renter Solutions.

He is an actual vacation rental business owner that distributes his Vacation Rental through our network.

I would like to comment on each blog posting response individually:

Josh: Our Company provides vacation rental businesses with an opportunity to promote their vacation rental properties across our global distribution network. The only phone calls our account executives make are business to business calls to businesses on their published business phone number, to discuss the services we provide vacation rental businesses.
If you are not an employee of a vacation rental business or a vacation rental business owner, let us know and we will mark your number as a wrong number in our lead database. If you are an employee of a vacation rental business or are a vacation rental business owner, and would like your business phone number placed on our internal do not call list, please let us know. In either case, you will need to provide us the phone number as you did not provide it in your post.
Furthermore, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Federal Do Not Call List is are in place to regulate telemarketing calls in a business to consumer environment. We do not sell a business to consumer product, therefore our account executive's sales calls are only made with a business to business intent.

Robin Patrick: We have no record of ever having a vacation rental business owner by the name of Robin Patrick. Please respond to the thread and provide me with your businesses listing id numbers for the six vacation rental properties. We have had competitors make fraudulent postings before about how our service did not perform. This response is very similar to the previously identified fraudulent postings. I hope that is not the case and that you provide me with the listing id numbers so that we have an opportunity to do what we can to ensure that you receive an acceptable number of booking inquiries.

Peggy: You state that you did not receive any inquires. Please provide me with your businesses listing id number(s) so that I can research this. We have programs that ensure that vacation rental businesses that promote their vacation rental properties through our distribution network are satisfied with the number of booking inquiries they receive. If you are not satisfied with the number of booking inquiries you received from our service, please contact our customer retention team at 925-415-2370 or by email at renewals@alwaysonvacation.com. We will work with you to enhance your listing and do what we can to ensure that you receive an acceptable number of booking inquiries.

Cindy: Please provide me with the business phone number you used to promote your vacation rental business so we can remove your business from our prospect database.

Tonya: It is the business owner’s responsibility to manage the contact information for their business. Given the objective of promoting a vacation rental property on our network is to generate bookings, it is required that the business owner provide the correct contact information so that travelers can book their property(s). We emailed your business, to the email address you provided as the primary email address for your vacation rental business, over 40 booking inquiries (leads) from 40 different travelers interested in booking your property. You make the statement that we have committed fraud. It is ridiculous to say that we are a fraudulent business because you mismanaged your business account. To the contrary, your mismanagement has damaged our business and our brand, as 40 travelers submitted booking inquiries and did receive a response from your business. Do you think these travelers are going to return and use our service?

Danny: Please provide me with your business phone number, and I will ensure it is placed on our internal do not call list.

We hope that this resolves this matter. If you have any questions, you can reach us by email at sales@alwaysonvacation.com, or by phone at 925-415-2370

Whoever posted this is not a very informed person. Vacationrenter.com is not their parent company, if you look at their website, their parent company is Vacation Renter Solutions, LLC. Half of that list isn't even affiliated with Vacation Renter's Solutions. As for their service, Auto Renewal can be removed at any time in your profile settings. If Tonya's email was wrong, its easy enough to change it. As For Josh, the National Do Not Call list doesn't cover B2B, however you have to tell them to add you to the DNC not just "Don't call me anymore." And for Cindy, My Property is in Destin, FL and I do a lot better with AOV than VRBO.

Which leads me again to Tonya, the issue that confuses me is how you didn't fix your email. You were on for 12 months without logging into your listing? I mean, come on. You are the worst one of the complainers out there. 12 Months before you realized that your email was wrong? You have to be kidding me or just not that bright.
