Q: How much is the cost to list my properties and have access to all contacts?
 
A: It doesn’t cost any money to list your vacation rental on free-rentals.com. It is 100% free to create a vacation rental listing and gain access to all booking inquiry contacts.

Members who donate will have their booking inquiries emailed directly and privately to their personal email account. So if you donate to free-rentals.com, then all your inquiries will be emailed directly to you.

Members who have not donated to Free-Rentals.com will have notifications emailed to them when a visitor has made a booking request or inquiry concerning their vacation rental listing. In order to view this inquiry and reply, the member must return to the free-rentals.com website to: http://www.free-rentals.com/members/view_inquiries.php 

A direct link to the member page where you can view your inquiries will be included in the notification email we provide you. This web page in your members section will show all inquiries sent to your property listing over the period of 30 days.

Question: I have been waiting to be approved for my vacation rental listings. Any idea when that might be done?

Answer: We do not have an approval process for new vacation rental listings. You simply sign up to list your rental. We will then email you a validation ID number just to confirm that you are using a functional email address. Then you can continue signing up and adding all of the details of your vacation rental listing.

There are 5 steps required, 5 pages of information you need to fill in, in order to complete your listing. The last step is “Images”. On this step, there is a button called “Publish Your Listing”… regardless of if you upload images or not, you must press this button in order to publish your vacation rental listing.
 
Once you press this button, your vacation rental listing will go live on the free-rentals.com website. We then review all listings that have been pushed live, to check for accuracy and validity. If we determine it to be a scam or a copy of another listing, or bogus information, then we will remove it from our listings.
