A classic, comfortable beach house in the small seaside village of Point Lonsdale.
The home has 2 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, open-plan living and dining areas and a barbeque with outdoor furniture on the front deck. All linens and bedding are supplied for your convenience, as are beach chairs and a cooler. The property is fully fenced and gated for privacy. A large back yard with numerous fruit trees is a great place to relax and unwind. A large flat screen TV with free Foxtel is available in the living room and an extra TV is in the Master bedroom.
A 5 minute walk will find you at the family friendly beach and a further few minutes will take you into the village with plenty of shops to browse and cafes to relax with a cup of coffee.
