Our 630sq metre Luxury Home is located in the Tallebudgera Valley a quiet 15 min drive to all the attractions of the Gold Coast. Polished "Spotted Gum" timber floors throughout, 2 lounge areas, a large covered outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, European Appliances and Granite benchtops in Kitchen, surround sound satellite TV, Internet access and Playstation. Close to the kitchen is a large vegetable garden which produces organic vegies all through the year. We have a 2yr old orchard with 40 tropical fruit trees. Our 4 acre property is extensively landscaped with native plants which supports lots of wild birds (you won't believe how beautiful they are). Early mornings and late afternoons we a have a small herd of grey kangaroos that feed in the reserve out back.
All this and only 15mins from the pristine Gold Coast Beaches, Multiple Shopping Centres, wide variety of restaurants and Theme Parks. Easy Access to 3 World Heritage National Parks... Springbrook, Lamington and Mt Warning. The Gold Coast has 70 kms of surfing beaches, 9 times more inland waterways than Venice for fishing sailing waterskiing ect. There are 50 Golf Courses within 1 hrs drive (the closest is 5 mins away) We are within 30 mins access of 4 major Theme Parks, 20mins to 3 major Shopping Centres. Brisbane is 1hrs drive Nth and Bryron Bay 45 min South. The Gold Coast Airport is 20mins away or Brisbane International is 1hr both offer private transfers.
